More about PAUL and his PASSION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY

Pauls passion for photography goes back to his teens, when he purchased his first SLR camera, a Praktica. As soon as he started work he invested in a Chinon from Dixons stores (now long gone) setting up a dark room in his bedroom he produced black and white prints and developed his own 35 mm colour slides.

10 years ago he moved to his first digital Camera, a Canon 450D. Several upgrades later he now uses two Canon 5D mk iii bodies. These are full frame professional cameras.

Paul is an active members of Bromley Camera Club where he has been the PDI (Projected digital Image) Secretary.

Paul has been privileged to work alongside a great local photographer Matt James (www. mattjamesphotography.co.uk). Paul met Matt when he was shooting a family wedding and they got chatting about photography. They quickly built up a friendship and a shared passion and approach to their photography, which is why they now work regularly together on larger jobs or cover for each other if one is already booked. For other types of photography Paul runs Masterlight Photography,

For the past 28 years Paul has been a local Magistrate in both the adult and youth courts and has always taken the opportunity to support young people through providing work experience and interview practice. Paul is DBS checked.
